HAS has earned a reputation as a leading NonStop server integration vendor in Japan. In addition to developing applications on NonStop servers, we also provide Japanese distributors and maintenance services for our own packages and global products that run on NonStop servers.

HAS was established in 1985 as a joint venture between Japan Tandem Computer Co., Ltd. (now Hewlett-Packard Japan Co., Ltd.), a Japanese subsidiary of Tandem Corporation of the United States, and CEC Corporation.

Currently, the capital relationship with HPE has been dissolved, and the company name was changed to High Availability Systems Co., Ltd. in October 2003.
